Grand Canyon Bush Walking

Last winter, I along with a couple of friends went bush walking at the Grand Canyon track which is located in the Blue Mountains National Park NSW. We left home about 7am and it took us almost 2 hrs to reach the National Park.   It is a 5km++ walk which normally take 3 1/2 hrs to complete the loop and I think we weren't far behind.  The walk was not a hard one but this old me was struggling with the long steep steps...yeah showing my age. The views were spectacular huge vertical rocks, big trees and deep ravine. We also came across a waterfall which I am sure could get big and dangerous for walkers during rainy season.

Look at how tiny we are ...all along the canyon.

Some of the trickier walk...

It's unbelieveable that somewhere down there is where we were...
